§1 Membership
A membership is personal and must not be used by others. In case of doubt, Memberfy may require identification. Changes in personal information such as name, address, email, phone number, bank account must be communicated to Memberfy.

You can change your membership in the app yourself.
§3 Duration / Membership
With the PBS agreement, there is an ongoing membership that continues until it is terminated by one of the parties in accordance with §4. A cash membership cannot be terminated, but automatically expires when the paid period ends. Regardless of the reason, there is neither full nor partial refund of prepaid cash memberships.
§4 Termination of Membership
Cash membership cannot be interrupted during the agreed period. The notice period for PBS membership is current month + 1 month. Termination must be done in the app.
§5 Price Changes
Memberfy reserves the right to make price changes. The change will be notified via email to the members who have provided an email address at least 14 days before the price changes take effect.
§6 Suspension of Membership
PBS memberships can only be suspended for a maximum of 3 months for a fee of 50 DKK.
§7 Receipt
Members can get the receipt on their app in the payment history.
§8 Criteria for Subscription Features
Before a charge via credit card can occur, the card details must match the same with PBS's card database. The credit card must be active, and it must be possible to complete a transaction on the subscription. The credit card used for subscription withdrawals must be able to perform transactions over the internet.
§9 Updating Card Data
Card data can be updated by logging in to online booking and selecting "User Profile" - "Authorize Credit Card". By contacting Memberfy, card details can be renewed or deleted. The customer is responsible at all times for ensuring that the card data is correct. If this is not adhered to, Memberfy may without notice deactivate / terminate the membership.
§10 Privacy
Memberfy is the only one who has access to the member's information, and these are not disclosed.
